The chaniber has negotiated a two-year lease for the property with the muncipality, finalizing an agreement that will allow it to rent out the basement to other small community groups and to share the revenues with the munieipali- ty. The chamber will pay the municipality a monthly rent of $1,000 through a reduction in the municipal grant it receives. Utility charges and other in- cremental costs will be the respon- sibility of the chamber.
