ducers of recognized soft-
ware packages used for the
accurate preparation and
maintenance of mailing
lists.

Promark Software Inc.’s
PrePost Version 1.0 is among
those listed as recognized mailing
list software.

Correct postal codes and ad-
dresses are required for the postal
corporation’s Lettermail Inceative
rates, Publications Mail rates and
Addressed Admail rates of post-
age.

with postal code updates, allows
businesses equipped with PCs to
manage large Hsts, check ad-
dresses, postal codes, correct lists
and ensure that the mail it sends is
deliverable.

PostFile, software that corrects
addresses and validates postal
codes, is used by Canada Post's
Volume Electronic Mail division.

For the past two years, Pro-
mark has been working to develop
a software application it calis In-
formation Retrieval System. The
system allows computer access to
catalogue databases.
