program.

The plan is simple. You may cat
unlimited quantities of this soup
(recipe follows). In addition, you
must eat one to two slices of
multi-grain bread, 1 egg, two
ounces of skim milk cheese, drink
two to four ounces of orange juice
and two eight-ounce glasses of
skim milk.

Hundred Vegetable Soup
You may use any of a hundred
vegetabics im thin soup but 10 is the
minimum.
