Cooking classes
held at C Quay _

A SERIES of cooking classes will start at Lonsdale
Quay Market on Saturday, Dec. 7.

Classes will be held on the first Monday of every
month and will feature local chefs who will give one-
hour classes on all types of food and cooking tech-
niques.

The first class on Dec. 7 at 7 p.m. on the ground
floor of the market will feature Pierre Dubrulle.

Dubrulle owns and operates the Pierre Dubrulle
Culinary School in Vancouver and is author of the
cookbook The Great Canadian Chef from France. He
will teach classic cooking techniques for producing
holiday food and copies of his book will be sold at the
demo kitchen on the market floor.
