WEST VANCOUVER
Police are looking for
witnesses to a Thursday
evening accident that
sent a S4-year-old
Revelstoke woman to
hospital.

The woman, who 1s not
being identified, was walking
the 700-block of Marine
Drive in West Van when she
was struck by a car that then
fled from the scene.

The woman suffered facial Brenda Chamberlain
lacerations, a broken arm
and broken mbs. She is in
stable condition in hospital.

The accident occurred at 8
p.m. Thursday. The only
description police have of a
