THE VANCOUVER branch. of the Restaurant and
Foodservices Association of B.C. has established a schol-
arship in the name of Angelica Corsi, who died suddenly
on May 1. She was 49. :

-': Mrs. Corsi, the wife of Mario Corsi, owner of the Park
Royal Hotel and Corsi Trattoria and Cafe Roma restau-
, rants, .was .well-known and highly regarded in local
' restaurant circles.

The Angelica Corsi scholarship will be administered
: by Vancouver Community College for second-year stu-
dents in the college’s hespitality industry program.

A funeral service for: Mrs. Corsi has been scheduled

’ today for 2 p.m. at Christ the Redeemer Catholic Church,
595 Keith Rd., in West Vancouver. .
