12 - Wednesday, April 6, 1994 - North Shore News Kevin ies ay Man suffers drug overdose in parking lot A 32-YEAR-OLD New Westminster man suffered a heroin overdose in his van on Monday in the quarry parking lot on Cypress Bowl Road in _ West Vancouver. According to a West Vancouver Police spokesman, Cypress Bow! securily found the unconscious man in his 1975 GMC van. The man, whose name was not released to press time, was revived by emer- gency personnel und taken to Lions Gate Hospital. Syringes and other drug paraphernalia in the van were seized by the West Vancouver Police. The man was described as being uncooperative with the police and emergency personnel. No charges were contemplated in connection with the incident.
