Westview went through this
year,”’ said Dalton. “I'm certainly
not happy.”

But North Vancouver-Lonsdale
NDP MLA David Schreck said
the Westview project will still
proceed.

He added that Transportation
and Highways Minister Art Char-
bonneau, in a letter to the News
earlier this year, said the overpass
project would not go ahead this
year.

legislative speech.
