A $5,000 donation from the West Vancouver Kiwanis Club has set the wheels in motion to upgrade West Vancouver’s YMCA _ In- glewood Youth Centre drop-in facility. The centre is now available for teen use three evenings per week, but the improved drop-in centre would operate Tuesday through Saturday for just over 38 hours a week. The facility would require one full-time centre coordinator and one half-time supervisor. The centre is envisioned as a place to play games, sports, par- ticipate in counselling, plan outings or just plain hang out.
