The West Parks and Department's Summer Vancouver Recreation Childrens’ Programmes are once again preparing to wind down in preparation for the upcoming Fall Season. In celebration of a very successful summer programme, a spectacular Penny Carnival has been scheduled for August 22 from 10:00 to 3:00.
