Dash Tabasco sauce

METHOD

Pre-heat oven to 350°F
Grate half the mozzarella
cheese, cut the other half
into thin slices and place one
in each of the inverted
mushroom caps. (Stems
removed).

Save the stems, up course,
for use tn soups, stews,
casseroles, etc.

Brown the ground beef.
garlic onion, green pepper.
herbs, spices & tabasco in a
heavy skillet and drain off
excess fat. Remove from
heat and fold in grated
mozzarella, mixing well.

Spoon the ground beef
into the cheese covered
mushroom caps and pack
down. using the rounded
inner part of a tablespoon as
a “mold”. Place mushroom
caps on a cookie sheet and
bake for 12 to 15 minutes or
until the mushrooms
cooked
