Municipal manager David Stuart unveiled the district's tive- year corporate business plan ata recent counal meeting. The plan, which was a priority of the incoming mayer and council upon their election last fall, sets out spec : goals and Priorities unique to the district and its various departments, Tt marks the first time that the district has compiled a com- prehensive list of such policies.
