LOOKING for youthful adven-
ture?

Youth Challenge International (YCI)

is secking applications trom vouths aged

8 to 25 who are interested in global
development.

YCI is a non-profit organization that

brings together youth from around the

world to work on a variety of community

development, health and environmental
projects in developing, countries.

Projects in Cesta Rica and Guyana
run for a 10-week period neat fall and
winter. Youths work ander the guidance
of ecperienced volunteer group leaders
and project managers.

Anyone interested in applying for pro-
jects taking place next fall and winter
should submit an application by March 1.

There are only 30 positions open to
residents of this province. The B.C. selec-
tion process begins in late March.

Applications for volunteer staff posi-
tions, from persons aged 26 and up, are
accepted at any time.
