through the paces of the Vancouver Port
Corporation’s project review process.

areas -— container, cruise and coal traffic.
For the first six months of the year the port
handled 284.000 TEUs (Twenty foot
Equivalent Units) of containers (up 19%);
13.6 million tonnes of coal Cup 3%),
258,000 cruise passengers (up 29% over
last Vear).
