ERIKA Nassichuk welcomes Lucas the Selgian draft horse to Maplewood Farm.
Lucas was once used to help loggers in the linterior. He will fill the very big
shoes left by Barney, the farm's last horse, who passed away in September.

will be performing a “Prelude Concert” Friday, November 3rd at 6:30pm

The Senior Concert Band from Windsor Secondary School
under the direction of Mr. Robert Karr will perform at the
Vancouver Symphony Orchestra’s second “Prelude Concert” on
November 3, 2000 at the North Vancouver Centennial Theatre.
The band will perform from 6:30pm until 6:50pm representing
the public school music programs at the North Vancouver
Scheol Board. We ask that all people who have tickets to the
“Prelude Concert” support the school program by attending
this carly performance.
