A complaint of damage to prop-
erty was received, Unknown per-
sons boarded a_ sailbout and
smashed a compass.

An intoxicated crew member off
_u deep sea vessel refused to pay his
‘ cab fare. The situation was quickly
rectified after the captain of the ves-
sel paid the outstanding fare,

for court proceedings.

North Vancouver provincial court
on April 12: |

Gregory Paul Gallie, 35, of North
Vancouver, was fined $350. and
received six months’. probation after
he was found ‘guilty of breaching a
recognizance by going to a home in
the 4500-block of Prime Street with-

out a peace officer present.

Gallie: was required to pay $250

on March 31;

Paul Anthony Emann, of
North Vancouver, received two
years’ probation after. he pleaded
guilty to assaulting a woman on Feb.
26 in North Vancouver District.
