Sports — the THE YMCA is waiting for those who have made a New Year’s reso- lution to get fit. Y-Introfit is a unique fitness/education program, eight weeks in duration with two sessions per week. Y-Introfit has been developed by the physical and health educational! professionals of the YMCA. The first session is free. Participants decide after the first day if they want to continue. Y-Introfit is more than a fitness class. Included ‘s educational in- formation on wutrition, stress, weight control anc other lifestyle factors.
