scientious man, brought the
matter up again. And again.

Finally the man. driven by
his conscience, turned the
matter over to the news
media.

relieved of his duties.

Interviewed on television,
he was asked if he had any
advice for other bureaucrats
who found themselves in the

same type of position.

He replied: “Yes. My
