get grant

The Kiwanis Lodge of
West Vancouver has been
given a grant of $5,555 by
the federal New Horizons
program.

The grant will be used to
organize a program of ac-
uiviaes which will include
music, teas, bazaars, gar-
dening and games. A tuck
shop will also be opened on
the premises.

New Horizons is a
program of the Department
of National Health and
Welfare which’ funds
proyects by groups of seniors
enabling them to remain
active and involved in their
