Getting your home ready for winter

Button up and batten down: winter's blowin’ this way. And we all know we're in for five months (well, four months and three weeks) of dreary. bleary drizzle.
With occasional wind-driven rain.
Winter's as hard on your home as it is on your disposition. So make things easier all ‘round—especially when it comes time to pay those winter heating bills —
by making a little extra effort now.
Follow the checklist given below, to make sure your home is well buttoned up for winter. And keep this list handy for next year: winter's sure to come around again.
