In other words, she’s going to
host the after-grad breakfast for 20
or 30 of her daughter’s buddies,
reasoning that if they're stuffed _
full of food in the carly hours |
they'll
drive up telephone poles,

Back to the -early-hours
breakfast. Since the kids are apt to
arrive in staggered lots {no pun in-
tended) she decided to do a menu |
‘that has some standing power.

Scrambled Eggs ‘On Hold"

2 tablespoons Hour

2 tablespoons hutter

12 eggs

2 tablespoons butter

Prepare a'white sauce by melting
the first two tatdespoons butter,
stirring in flour until smooth and
adding milk, Stir over low heat un-
til smooth and thickened.

Beat eggs with water until well
blended.

At this point, bothi mixtures can
be refrigerated. .

When the first guests appear,
heat
skillet. Stir in cggs and partially

“cook. Add sauce gradually, stirring

to blend well.
Don't ‘overcook. This mixture
will keep up to ‘an hour in a warm

3 tablespoons grated raw onion

Grate. potatoes into a bow! of

cold water. Grate onion and wrap .

tightly and refrigerate.
When; ready to ‘cook, ‘drain
