A special service of
recognition was held by the
church September 1 to mark
the beginning of the ministry
of Rev. John Vissers and a
new stage of development in
the church's life. -

Founded in November
1979 and meeting in
Plymouth Elementary
School on Tollcross. Road,
the church will be offering nee

the coming school year. __ :

Church members. are
enthusiastic about its role in
the community and expect
to see significant growth in
the coming months.

Services are at 9:30 a.m.
each Sunday, followed by a
coffee and fellowship

Children
read all
summer

Summer Reading Club
prizewinners at North
Vancouver City Library
literally read through July
and August. They reported
on at least one book each of
the eight weeks and attended
special library programs on
the theme, “Book Boat”.
