amendments to the “City of North Vancouver Official Community Plan
Bylaw, 1992, No. 6288", and Bylaw No. 3778, being “Zoning Bylaw, 1967",
and the"City of North Vancouver Zoning Map", which is an integral part
thereof.

Official Community Plan Amendment

Bylaw No. 6419

To amend the Official Community Plan Map which is attached as
Schedule “A” to Bylaw No. 6288, known as the “City of North
Vancouver Official! Community Plan Bylaw, 1992, No. 6288”, by
reclassifying Lots 10 & 11, Block 144, D.L. 274, Plan 878, located at 449
East 3rd Street, (indicated in hatched pattern on the map below), from
COMMERCIAL DESIGNATION, as being transferred, added to and
forming part of the RESIDENTIAL LEVEL FIVE: MEDIUM DENSITY
APARTMENT, FSR not to exceed 1.6 times the lot area designation.

Mondaythrough Friday from JUNE 14- JUNE 28, except Statutory Holi-
days. Written submissions will be accepted up to and including June 28,
1993, but will NOT be accepted after the conclusion of the Public Hearing.
NOTICE of this Public Hearing is pursuant to Section 957 of the Municipal |
Act of British Columbia.
