The aim of the project is to “con- hect up audiences and artists in new and interesting ways,” she says, and provide a “kaleidoscopic look what's going on in the Vancouver arts scene.” To achieve this. the organizers have assembled a roster of 200 artists and over 47 events, including workshops, performances and lec- tures. Workshop participants can dab- ble in Indian narrative dance, Western line dancing, belly dancing or tai chi, for example. And no one need feel intimidated by price or expertise level, adds Marcuse — no experience necessary and all ses- sions are between $5 and $15 each.
