tions such as ‘‘Do I pay for ship-
board entertainment?” of ‘Can |
share a stateroom?”’

To help an_ ever-increasing
number of cruise passengers, the
Cruise Lines International
Association has put together a list
of common questions and answers.

Are there different classes on
cruise ships?

Today’s cruise ships are one-
class ships. Everyone on board has
the freedom to take advantage of
all the ship’s facilities and the price
of a stateroom is based on its size
and location. So whether in an
outside stateroom on Promenade
deck or a stateroom on a lower
deck inside, every passenger gets
the same treatment.

Can I share a stateroom?

Yes. What's more, since most
ships offer accommodations for
third and/or fourth persons shar-
ing the same stateroom, additional
passengers who share the same
room benefit from reduced rates.
