Graves’ adaptation cap- tures all the poignancy, joy, and magic of Charles Dickens’ timeless classic. Audiences will jeer and then cheer as they view Scrooge change from miser to tormented dreamer to generous benefactor. No piece of modern literature has so captured the spirit of the holiday season. Colin Miller plays the title role of Ebenezer Scrooge. Brian Torpe returns from a tour of the Pacific Rim to portray the put-upon but content Bob Cratchit. Con- tinuing a family tradition, Jack Higgins will appear as the inspiring Tiny Tim, a role he inherited from his older brother.
