townhouse owned by Don and Marilyn Fitzsimmons.
The entire house i tastefully decorated with furniture
of contemporary design. With three bedrooms
available, the two’ smaller ones are used as a guest
room and a den. The den has a beautiful westerly view
of Lions Gate Bridge and Hollyburn Mountain and was
enlarged by eliminating the closet doors. Since floor to
ceiling plate glass mirrors cost a small fortune, Don
cleverly attached many small mirrors to the wall
separated by wood trim. The living room also features
a brick, wood-buming fireplace. To dress up the
kitchen, smoked glass fronts were specially ordered for
the refrigerator, stove, and dishwasher. (Photos by
