Fall courses offered in Dollarton

DEEP COVE/Dollarton community programs offer a
line-up of fall courses and pre-registration is under-
way.

In addition to regular programs, such as fitness,
there are some special courses planned.

A wholistic health series, starting Thursday, Oct. f,
will include energy balancing, massage, stress reduc-
tion, seasonal nutrition and revitalization through
breath. It will also touch on chakra balancing, cre-
ative visualization and Kundalini yoga.

A Scottish country dancing group is looking for
new members, and will teach the dance steps necessary

to participate.

A course in creative photography will be taught by
award-winning international photographer Leslie
Mister, Students should already have the elementary
techniques of photography. This course will develop
creativity and sensitivity in relation to compositioned
elements covering landscapes, seascapes and abstracts.

Also offered are advanced pottery for adults, por-
traits, drawing and painting with watercolors, wood
block printmaking (similar to lino cuts) and jeweiry
making.
