Could you please tell me how to repaint these silis?

NSWER:

PAINT DUE TO CONDENSATION:

In order to prepare the window sills for
painting, we would recommend that you thoroughly
clean the sills. Mix up a solution of 3 heaping
tablespoons of tri-sodium phosphate (T.S.P.) in 4 litres
of warm water. Wearing rubber gloves, and using a
very coarse brush, clean the sills to remove as much of
the flaking paint as possible. Rinse well with clean
water and allow to dry completely.

In order to seal the wood, we would recommend
that you purchase a product called ZINSER
UNDERCOAT primer, which can be found at your

local

Colour Your World store.

Once you have applied the undercoat and it is
completely dry, we would recommend that you apply a
good quality URETHANE paint. We recommend that
you consider the use of IMPERVEX HIGH GLOSS
LATEX ENAMEL for this purpose.
