From Tuesday to Thursday, March 20 to 22,

Greater Vancouver

Regional District (GVRD) Parks offers new spring break programs in the
forested setting of Camp Capilano. Some parent participation programs

are available.

There are a variety of programs to choose from including: Sharing
Nature (for adults with four or five-year-olds), Enchanted Forest (for six
and seven-year-olds), Moss Detectives (for adults with six to eight-year-
olds), Wildland Explorers (for nine to [1-year-olds), Friend to Trees (for
adults with six to eight-year-olds), Signs of Spring (for adults with six to
eight-year-olds), and Stalking Wildlife (for nine to 11-year-olds).

The two-hour morning or afternoon programs will be guided by a

GVRD Parks naturalist.

Camp Capilano, located in Capi!uno River Regional Park (North/West
Vancouver), is a 10-minute drive north of the Upper Levels Highway.
The fee is $5 per participant per program. To register call GVRD Parks

comedy Ladies and Gentlemen,
The Fabulous Barclay Sisters by

Single parents visit farm

SINGLE PARENTS and their children are invited to visit Maplewood
Farm with members of North Shore Parents Without Partners.
The group will visit the public farm, located at 405 Seymour River
Place in North Vancouver, on Sunday, March 18 from [1 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Parents Without Partners is a non-profit, non-sectarian, educational
organization dedicated to the interests of single parents and_ their
children. The organization is also involved in many community service

projects.
