Mrs. Orr reminded him she gives the dogs away free to new homes and Green amended “buyers” to “mummies and daddies.” The dogs, he said, in- cluding the 15-year-old had been inspected by a vet to ascertain. that they were legally dogs and not puppies. Green commented that Mrs. Orr’s work would be “fantastic” if done in a different location, but not in a residential area and he said she was likely to be raided again if she continued to keep more than three dogs.
