Quality is uneven: seme are rub-
bish, others’ a better bargain than
miny estate-hottled counterpurts.

ed citrus notes balanced on just the
right hint of nak to prevent a candied
floral laste,

NET SAUVIGNON AUBERGE

Pricey, but fans of hugely forward
cabernet’ will love the plummy
mouth-filling wallop of this wine.

Tannin takes a back seat on the
Navor train here, so it’s hard to say
how well. it will repay: cellaring.
Some straight California cabs dis-
play surprising longevity despite
being made ina forward easy-drink-
ing style.

An elegant dinner wine, worth
transferring to a nice decanter while
