ENGINE NO. 3716, the Port Coquitlam, rests besides a
modern locomotive just before starting the Royal Hud-
son’s annual inaugural run of the season from North
Vancouver to Squamisk. The Royal Hudson was in the
shop undergoing repairs but resumed service at the end
of May.
