from the fish. Instead, fill

layers of heavy-duty foil and
place the package on the
grill. A four-inch thick piece
of salmon needs 20 minutes
on each side. Discard the
vegies before serving.

Curried
Shrimp Salad
1/2 cups cooked white
rice, chilled

Y2 cup diced green onion
1¥% cups small cooked

shrimp

i cup diced celery

¥2 cup chopped parsley
Ya cup slivered almonds
¥a cup mayonnaise
juice of 2 lemon
1 teaspoon curry powder

Combine the mayonnaise,
jlemon juice and curry
powder and refrigerate sev-
eral hours to develop flavor.
Toss the rest of the ingre-
dients together and add the
dressing just before serving.
