yesterday morning to drum up
support, and sales, for the
NBA franchise amongst mem-
bers of the West Vancouver
Chamber of Commerce.

Vancouver Grizzly general man-
ager Stu Jackson. a recent addition
to the West Van population along

- with his wife and four children,
presented an overview of the latest
NBA franchise, and outlined ticket
packages available to businesses.

He also let the bear out of the
bag when he disclosed a new ticket
policy the Grizzlies will unveil at a
press conference today in down-
town Vancouver.

“If, after their first game next
year, season ticket holders feel they
don’t like what they see and they
don’t feel this organization has put
something into the community,
we'll refund their money.” the
Grizzly GM said.

On the issue of the 15,000 sea-
son ticket mandate set out by the
NBA in granting a franchise to
Vancouver, Jackson cleared up
some misconceptions that have
been floating around. The latest
