On Friday, April 2, Peppi's con-
jured the spirit of summer with a
noon-hour fashion shaw to mark the
official opening of the outdoor patio.

The sand, surf and style evenc
features designer cruise and fun wear
from Lesley Diana's “Lesley's
Boutique”, highlighting designs by
Linda Lundstrom, Simon Chang,
Karen Kane, Part Two and Lise
Spenard. North Vancouver designer
Susan Hill's “Beyond Beachwear”
adds cut-to-curve bathing beauty to
the lineup. There is no admission
charge, but lunch reservations are
recommended. Menu and beverage
specials, live band and door prizes
add to this colorful event. Donations
of women's clothing in good repair
will also be accepted for the
Transition House for Wornen.
