Council topples triangular tower proposal

A CONTROVERSIAL 10-storey triangular tower propos-
ed for the southwest corner of 5th Street and Lonsdale
Avenue in North Vancouver City has been turned down by
city councillors, who complained about the ‘‘developer
ame."’

Coun. Bill Bell said that he was
“tired’’ of developers who tell
