The Carol Ships will sail again THE CAROL Ships will come to the North Shore three nights this holi- day season. In North Vancouver, the Carol Ships will be at Waterfront Park near Lonsdale Quay Dec. 15 at approximately 7:30 p.m. On Dec. 17 at ap- proximately 8:30 p.m., the decorated ‘fleet’ of ships will be in the Deep Cove-Cates Park area. West Vancouver’s Ambleside and Dundarave areas will host the Carol Ships — complete with on-board carol-singing choir — Dec. 18 at ap- proximately 8 p.m. Gn-shore, the evening’s festivities will inctude bonfires and refresh- ments. Another group of decorated charter ships will visit West Vancouver Dec. If. A Vancouver Christmas tradition, the Carol Ships attract thousands of seasonal spectators who come out to watch the decorated vessels and hear the carols.
