the Life Magazine photo
display, which has been
recognized by the Time-Life
tour administrators as_ the
best display and response
outside of New York City;
theatre performances which
are drawing more and more
response from reviewers and
the public; forums for the
arts, museum pieces, the list
goes on and on.

And it is this latter ‘big’
that is creating problems for
the still young cultural nerve
centre at the corner of
Chesterfield and Third in
North Vancouver.

is not a ‘big’ operation. Not big in the sense of a
large administrative operation, nor big in the
sense of having the largest facilities and most up

of this calibre’ Presentation
House has discovered that
there has been a great need
for the service they have
-been providing to the area.

And they do not only work

in the fields of passive
display such as the life
exhibit and their many

exhibitions of sculpture and
painting.

Summer classes in all the
arts, dance classes, work-
shops, lectures plus a wide
variety of outreach programs
are all proving the need for
Presentation House.

grams has also bred the
