Though Garner is not directly blaming students of Carson Graham, he says, ‘The incidents occur in the afternoon when school’ ‘gets out and the problems decrease rapidly in the summer. The buses are loud and move down the street too fast and i feel that this causes a danger for my children due to the blind corner.
