15-5 to capture the men’s title in
Sutherland/Team Skyline Invita-
tional volleyball action over the
weekend.

In the women’s final, Prince
George defeated Centennial 15-13,
15-12.

Of the local schools, the Hand-
sworth women’s lost to Prince
George in the semi-finals 10-15,
15-13, 13-15, the best showing
from a Nerth Shore team.

Sentinel’s men’s team made it to
the quarter-finals, losing to Tup-
per.

Twenty-eight teams from all
over the province were at North
Vancouver’s Sutherland Secondary
for the two-day senior volleyball
tournament.
