rejects infill

NORTH Vancouver District

Council‘ accepted “the. advice

of its Municipal Planner in
rejecting a request to extend
a small lot infill area to
allow subdivision of a lot.

Council rejected the ap-
plication from J. Hooper to
subdivide at fut at 1056
Clements Avenue into two
33 foot lots. Municipal
Planner Kai Kreuchen, in an
analysis of the request,
found the request contrary
to council policy.

_ Kreuchen wrote the only

way the lots could satisfy Sey :

lot in a small fot infill area.
Kreuchen felt this move
would only cause further
such requests which would
contravene council's policy
of permitting the completion
of natural change but not
the initiation of such change
in stable neighbourhoods.

Council made the decision
