EE community round up Capilano squadron celebrates 25th It was a big night on Apnil 16 at the Coach House Inn. With the distinction of being the second oldest squadron in the Pacific Mainland District, Capilano celebrated its 25th year in existence and well over a hundred en- thusiastic members and students attended the festive occasion. The opportunity was taken to combine this celebration with the graduation dance and Change of Watch, and District commander D.F. Thorn was on hand to do the honours. Wilf Bailey, himself a commander in 1959-60 told of the fledgling days of our squadron and then gave a GUEST SPEAKER at the North Shore Community Credit Union's annual meeting, April 27 at 6:30 p.m. in Carson Graham School, is Richard McAlary, chief economist for the B.C. Outgoing Commander Stan Holmes presented each commander with an = ap- propriately inscribed stein for the occasion. The second part of the evening saw the graduation ceremonies of this year's students. Thanks to our excellent training staff we had a pass rate of 95%, with 55 students out of 65 scoring 90% or better. District Commander ,Thorn swore in our new commander, Ed Lee, as well as the new executive for 1982-83.
