France whose occupation, accord- ing to the directories, was publisher. _ This house is an unusual varia- tion on the Craftsman style with heavy timber triangular eave NORTH SHORE HERITAGE by Dorothy Foster brackets and an inset open front veranda. The overhang is sup- ported by tripled heavy timber square columns. The roof style is a front hip-on gable roof with side shed dormers to both east and west, and is covered in cedar shakes.
