Before Judge William Rodger in

North Vancouver provincial court
on Dec. 10:

Zahur Jamal, 20, of Vancouver,
received a conditiona! discharge
and was placed on probation for
one year after he pleaded guilty to
using a Mastercard obtained by an
offence on Nov. 24, 1990.

As a condition of his probation,
Jamal was ordered to pay $732.96
in restitution to Canada Trust.

pose of trafficking in connection
with an alleged June 14 drug
seizure.

Before Judge Doug Moss in North
Vancouver provincial court on
Dec. 5:

Mikeal Robert Horton, 26, of
North Vancouver, was ordered io
stand trial on charges of danger-
ous driving on Ross Road and
auto theft. over $1,000 in connec-
tion with incidents alleged to have

occurred between Sept. 28 and
Sept. 29.

Horton is to appear in Supreme
Court on Jan. 8 to sez a trial date.
Before Judge Jerome Paradis in
North Vancouver provincial court
on Nov. 27:

Walter Wayne Drummond, 20,
of North Vancouver, received a
conditional discharge and was

placed on probation for one year:

after he pleaded guiity to theft of
lottery tickets and to making a
false report of a robbery with an
intent to mislead the North Van-
couver RCMP. Both charges are
in connection with an Oct. 5 inci-

dent.
