W. Van artist
displays work

A MINI-retrospective of the works
of West Vancouver artist Jim Felter
opened last night at the Ferry
Building at Ambleside Landing.

Originally from upstate New
York, Felter’s show features about
50 items spanning from 1969 to
the present.

“it’s an introduction of my
work to the community of West
Vancouver,” says Felter, ‘’} want
to give people an idea of what I've
been doing.”

Working in such mediums as oil
and acrylic and computer printing,
Felter calls his style ‘‘geometric
expressionism.”

His show runs until March 4.
