SENIORS INTERESTED in cycling are invited to join with a group of
others on regutar cycling tours.

The aim of the group is to get people active and increase the health and
enjoyment of the senior community. The pace of cyclitiz is maintained in
accordance with the wishes of the participants, with coffee breaks at
available restaurants.

On Saturday, Dec. 19, a ride is planned from Third Beach around the
Expo site through Gastown and back around Stanley Park. approximate-
ly 20 kilometres.

The regular meeting place is the rear parking lot of the West Van-
couver Seniors Activity Centre, 21st Street and Fulton, at 10 a.m.
