Dear Editor:

What type of person would stec:
a child’s red wagon from outside
the Edgemont Super Valu? Ap-
parently a quick and mean one, as
it was there only 15 minutes on a
Sunday afternoon (against the
building and in nobody’s way).

The. owner’s name was taped on
the back, very readable, so
whoever you are you didn’t take it
by mistake.

I wish to thank Tim Belich,
manager of Super Valu, who drove
around the neighborhood looking
for it, even if his search yielded
nothing.

If this is someone’s idea of a
joke, this time I’m not laughing ...
and by the way, it didn’t belong to
a child, but to a 55-year-old widow
who, without a car, has used the
wagon for four years to haul home
the family groceries.

On behalf of the students, parents and teachers of
Windsor Secondary School, 1 would like to thank you
and the North Shore News for your promotion of the
Seventh Annual Windsor Car Rally.

Unfortunately, due to the province-wide teacher
Instruction Only (CG) campaign against bills 19 and
20, the rally was rescheduled several times and even-
tually cancelled. Through all this, we tried to remain
optimistic that the two bills would be significantly
amended or withdrawn and that the 1O would end be-
fore school was dismissed for the summer. We hoped
