QUESTION: I’ve_ recently
purchased a new sequinned
jacked (black with gold se-
quins) to wear during the
holiday season. I’m wonder-
ing if you could suggest some
make-up products or techni-
ques to enhance this look?

Answer: The holiday
season offers the perfect op-
portunity to experiment with
new make-up looks, partic-
ularly if you want something
that is festive, fun, and
glamorous.

This season, many new
products have been introduc-
ed to complement the fashion
trend toward rhinestones and

all-out glamor and make-up
fun are gold-dust eyeshadows
and mascara in colors like
blue/gold, copper/gold and
purple/ gold.

The shadows available in
trio compacts in color ranges
of mauve, grey and taupe;
pink, purple and plum; and
copper, gold and brown are
perfect combinations to team
with festive outfits.

Eyeshadow trios consist of
a highlighter, which can be
used along the browline and
eyelid; a contour color that
should be applied in the
crease, and a shading color
that can be used at the outer
corner or under the eye for a
dramatic effect. And to
achieve this year’s smokey,
smouldering eyes, be sure to
blend the colors.

LARGE IS BEAUTIFUL, and the fasion show presented
by Antels at Daddy Long Legs Club at the International
Plaza proved it. Fashion trends in gorgeous fabrics, colors
and styles were featured in sizes 14 to 20, and the models
wore the fashions with confidence and Mair. Above, this
