WE are a culture that praises a fine lawn. A dandelion-

free, ninth-green, well-shorn, velvety spread of grass is

the envy of the block. But to keep it looking that way

we need to water it. Frequently. The current watering

restrictions put in place by the GVRD iimit lawn

sprinkling to two days, between 4 a.m, and 9 a.m. and

inquiring 7 p.m. to 10 p.m. That's on Wednesdays and Saturdays

for even-numbered eddresses, and Thursdays and

reporter Sundays for odd-numbered homes. Many residents

feel the twu-day allotment isn’t enough, and despiie

worrisome summer reservoir levels, want the restrictions lifted. We asked you:
